How long does the free trial last?
24 hours or 1,000 requests, whichever comes first. One free trial per device.
How do I use my trial inbox?
Your trial inbox is assigned automatically when you sign up. Open your dashboard to see your inbox address and trial code, then read messages in the live viewer or through the API.
Where do I find my trial code?
It's shown in your dashboard and on the API docs page. Every API request needs it.
What happens when I run out of requests?
The API returns a limit error. Free trial users can upgrade to a paid plan, and paid users can also add an extra request pack from the Billing page.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open the Billing page, choose a plan, and pay with crypto. Your account upgrades automatically once the payment is confirmed.
How do I add more domains?
The free trial uses the trial domain only. Starter, Pro, and Premium include 2, 5, and 10 dedicated domains.
Can I get a specific custom domain?
Yes. If the domain you want isn't in our pool, we can buy it and add it to your account. Send the domain name to support.
Is my inbox private?
Yes. Your inbox is protected by your trial code, and API requests without the correct code are rejected.
